Founding partner of WP Capital and Triple Seven Investments, has extensive knowledge and operates in M&A operations, financial restructuring and corporate governance, with over 15 years of experience in the financial and capital markets. She is an engineer, has a master's degree in administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in marketing from ESPM.

He has extensive experience in the financial market, having worked for banks such as: Citibank, HSBC and Safra, in the areas of Corporate and Private Banking.

She is currently a founding partner of Triple Seven, a startup investment group; Board member at H2Energy; Professor of entrepreneurship by FIAP and idea9; Business strategy by FGV-RJ, as well as Ambassador of MIA (Women Investors Angel), member of Gavea Angels, Angels of Brazil and CFP (Financial Planning Certificate - PLANEJAR).

Founding partner of Triple Seven Investments, a startup investment group created in 2014, and a partner of WP Capital. He has a degree in business administration from Insper with an emphasis on international business, marketing and venture capital. He founded a startup focused on restaurant loyalty in partnership with iFood, acquired in 2014 by Movile from the iFood Group.

He was recognized in 2018 and 2019 by the Startup Awards, the biggest competition for startups in Brazil, among the 10 best Brazilian angel investors. He is an investor member of the Anjos do Brasil chain and helped in the creation of Insper Angels, an angel investment association formed by the alumni community, where he is currently president and part of the group's board. He is also the coordinator of the Alumni Committee of Entrepreneurs of Insper and one of the youngest professors of Postgraduate and MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at FIAP.

Marcos Isaac Furgang

Specialist in M&A and Restructuring, he has more than fifteen years of experience in this market. Marcos holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper - Institute of Education and Research - and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Paulista.

He worked at Deloitte and in Business Strategies, leading, in the last ten years, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects, involving multidisciplinary teams in the Financial and Legal areas, among others. He has extensive experience in developing new business strategies, optimizing capital structures, and managing cash flow, in order to reduce working capital needs and improve companies' financial situation.

Humberto Matsuda

Humberto Matsuda is a partner at Matsuda Invest, AIA Capital and Venture Partner at WP Capital. With over 15 years of experience in Venture Capital and equity investments, he was one of the founders of Performa Investimentos, where he was a managing partner for over ten years. During this period, he developed international relationships and business with startups, venture capital funds, private equity and family offices.

In 2014, he became a member of the board of ABVCAP and in 2015 of Anjos do Brasil and Dínamo, institutions where he represents the interests of the technology, startups and investments sectors with the government in order to contribute to the elaboration of policies and legislative changes.
